Stern was the first to try the metformin on human to treat diebetes.He coined his name Glucophage (Glucose eater) for medication and published his result in 1957.Glucophage becomes available in British National Formulary in 1958.

Glucohage is an oral diabetes medicine that is used to control blood sugar level.

Glocophage is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve Glycocemic control in adults with 2 types of diebeties.Peoples with 2 type diebeties,pencreas fails to produce sufficient amount of  insulin.In this condition we start intake of insulin through medicines or injuctions artificialy.

 Uses of Glucophage:

Glucophage is used for peoples with 2 type diebeties or control blood sugar level.following are the uses of Glucophage medicine

the recommendation for adult dose is 2-3 tablets of 500mg and 1-2 tablets of 850mg.the medicine is taken with food to reduce the risk of vomiting or nausea.Glucophage may be used alone or with the other sugar control medicines.

  Overdose of Glucophage

Over-Dose of Risek insta has not such a damgerous effects but over Dose of Risek insta but don't use over dose it can be harmfull for you.

Over dose cause trouble breathing,dizeness and some others in this condition you should transfor your patient to hospital or call the poision control centre.

Precautions of Glucophage:

Before useing Glucophage tell you medical history if the doctor or pharmacist suggest you this medicine so you can use Glucophage.

Glucophage contain inactive ingredents which can cause allergie or some other desease.

Tell your doctor if you are in one of these conditions

1.       Kidney desease: (your kidneys may need to cheacked before using this medicines.

2.       High ketone level in your blood or urine

3.       Heart disease or heart faliure

4.       Liver desease

If you are in one of these satuatrion you shuld prevent this medicine before doctor or pharmacist recomendation.

Store this medicine in room temperature or protect it from light and moisture and keep it out of the range of childrens.

Contain under 30 degree centegrade.At higher temperatures their is a risk that their effeciency would be adversely effected and the chemicals and components are changed in different temperature.

Pragrencey:
