Take one tablet daily after meal or as directed by the physician.swallow tablet whole with a glass of water or milk. Incase of diarrhoea, discontinue VC - 12 intake.After recovery starty again with half dose.Dosage is adjust with physical activities and intake of proper meal.

  Overdose of VC - 12:

High intake or Overdose can cause some serious effects that are dengerous to our health.Overdose cause trouble breathing, dizzeness and others.In this condition you should call poison control center or transfer your patient to the nearer hospital.
